Your therapist gently places your body into comfortable positions and applies pressure along the muscles, stretching fascia which helps to improve flexibility and mobilize joints.
Active Stretching and Joint Mobilization prepares the muscles for exercise, by activating and warming up the tissues and joints, thereby reducing chances of injury. After exercise, assisted stretching helps to flush out toxins and feels amazing!
