Functional Pilates "plus" (with Reformer)

Integration of Pilates Principles with Functional Exercise Therapy for Pain-Free Movement. 

Functional Pilates re-defines Reformer Pilates, by integrating exercise therapy principles and the science of functional movement. Designed to optimize alignment, build strength and improve movement patterns, this service goes beyond traditional Pilates to address pain, mobility and functional fitness for daily living. 

Sessions include three main components: breathwork, mobility work, and stability work. Exercises use various tools and equipment (e.g., your body, resistance bands, weights, and the Pilates reformer).
