Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforseen circumstances may come in the way, but kindly observe our cancellation policy.

1. Please take into consideration the needs of our clients and our practitioners. Respectfully, services require 48 hours notice for cancellations.
2. Appointments may be rescheduled minimum 24 hours prior, without penalty.
3. Appointment changes with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged full service fees.
4. With the exception of illness and unforseen circumstances, we understand. 
5. We hold the same standard for our staff. If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, with the exception of illness or extenuating circumstances, you will not be charged for your rescheduled appointment. 

Studio Policy

We strive to run a practice where clients healthcare needs and clinical responsibility, are both a priority. This builds a mutually respectful healthcare relationship. Phases ensures a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for our staff and all clients to enjoy. Inappropriate verbal threats or physical behavior, will not be tolerated and will result in removal from our premises.
