With over 10 years experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates instructor, Jacqueline's mission is to cultivate a thriving community of wellness enthusiasts! As a Teacher, Jacqueline's experience in education has also taught her that optimal fitness requires a clear integration and communication between the body, mind, and spirit, which has became the fundamental pillars of her approach and practice. Jacqueline turned to fitness and power lifting to explore both physical and mental strength, as well as defeating her own obstacles in tackling weight gain and back pain. Jacqueline offers practical tips, strategies, and insights that can significantly improve your daily life. She believes that small, mindful changes can tremendously impact your overall well-being. With a Masters Degree and postgraduate education in Pilates/Yoga training and fitness, this paved the way for Jacqueline to have effective communication and a solid teaching practice in adult and children’s yoga, Pilates, functional fitness for older adults, power strength training, and children’s fitness. She has helped clients of various ages and fitness abilities achieve their goals, from weight loss to strength development, functional training for back pain, and post-rehabilitation maintenance.
