Shadi is a certified Personal Trainer who has obtained both a Bachelors and Masters in Sports Sciences from the faculty of Physical Education from Allameh Tabataba'i University, Iran.
With over 10 years of experience in the rehabilitation, health and fitness industry, Shadi garners a vast array of professional specialties including: functional strength and conditioning training, senior/special needs fitness training, physical therapy rehabilitation, corrective exercise, fascial fundamentals, personalized fitness coaching and exercise programs, in multi-disciplinary and private gym settings. She is passionate about fitness and supports individualized exercise programs that are fun, challenging and gets results.
Shadi believes that one of the most rewarding parts of her job is helping others progress and gain the strength, mobility, and confidence to feel great while doing the activities they enjoy.
Working in a multi-disciplinary studio, Shadi collaborates with many therapists at Phases, and works closely with the guidance of the Physiotherapist. Under this direction, she has developed a strong understanding of the importance of safe exercise modification for rehabilitation, the essentials of stretching, postural awareness and injury prevention.
Shadi has experience working with clients of different ages, stages and levels of fitness. She believes that all fitness goals should be fun, attainable and enjoyable. With a deep appreciation of the blended holistic benefits of exercise and physical activity, Shadi will educate, motivate, challenge and inspire you to reach your health, fitness and lifestyle goals, while building trust, focussing on injury prevention, strengthening and living pain-free.
