Her goal is to provide compassionate patient centered care to promote optimal health and wellness as well as facilitate recovery to the most challenging conditions.
By finding the root cause of the problem and using targeted and integrated contemporary medical approaches such as; manual myofascial/soft tissue therapy (ART, MRT), active joint mobilzations, Graston Technique (TM), functional exercise prescription and movement-based techniques, Dr Jessica corrects movement deficits, tissue damage/strains and ensures her patients are functioning optimally and feeling amazing again.
Dr. Jessica continues to build on her clinical skills by keeping current in attending seminars and workshops to ensure the highest standards in quality care. Dr. Jessica understands that everyone has a different story and a unique goal when they seek her care. Her empathy and passion for helping others, drive her to stay up to date with the latest research and therapeutic techniques to ensure the highest quality of care for every patient. She also offers orthotics as an adjunct to care, as needed.
Dr Jessica obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in June 2018, after completing her Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2013 at the University of Toronto. She has been working in the MVA industry for 2 years, which has brought skilled hands-on and efficient clinical experiences.
