1 on 1 personal training consists of a workout program that is customized to your goals and your body type. Each visit you will be guided by the same trainer, who is constantly modifying your program and tracking your progress. You will learn exercise principles that will keep your body energized and in top physical condition.

1 on 2 Personal Training
$95-$110/session
This is when one trainer works with 2 clients at the same time. Most people find it motivating to workout with a partner. 1 on 2 personal training is also cost effective because you share the cost.
