These disciplines are a series of unique controlled movements, engaging the
concentration of the mind, body and breath. They are focused on improving strength,
flexibility, co-ordination and mobility. A typical routine will leave you feeling
refreshed, energized and with an overall improvement in physical and mental well-being.
Mat classes are available in group, private and semi-private instruction. Please feel free to come by our
studio for a visit or a complementary Pilates class, or contact our

Thai Yoga Massage is a unique bodywork therapy based on yoga, martial arts
and massage principles. With this type of dynamic bodywork, the practitioner guides the
patient through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body's energy lines
and pressure points. Together, these actions result in a full body massage that stretches muscles,
relieves muscular tension and balances the body.
